Tours are available by appointment only. Please contact us directly to schedule a tour.

During your tour we will discuss available dates, desired timeframe and your expected guest count. You will get to view our inventory of tables, chairs, linens and furniture as well as decor/rental options with EmKay Creations. We will then send a quote and our contract for you to review. Once you've reviewed the quote and our contract, we'll go over any adjustments and make changes accordingly. Once you've decided that we're the perfect fit for your event, we require a 50% deposit to reserve your date along with the signed contract. The remaining 50% is due 2 weeks prior to your event. After receiving your quote and contract, you will have one week to proceed with booking, otherwise the date will be released to other interested parties.

Access to prep area that features plenty of counter space, fridge, microwave, toaster oven and sink - as well as two guest bathrooms located in the back of the venue.

We are a BYOB facility - beer, wine, seltzers, champagne only. Liquor must be served by a licensed vendor.

You are welcome to bring any food, desserts, snacks and caterers to the venue. You will have access to a prep kitchen to store and heat any items if neccessary.

We have an open vendor policy! Please feel free to use any vendor/company to help bring your event to life. We love supporting small local businesses and will provide you with a vendor list of our favorite people if needed.

Our goal is to always offer reasonable pricing that will work within your budget. We will assist in any way we can, including offering seasonal discounts and running specials.

Pricing excludes taxes & service fees.

Pricing breakdowns can be provided upon request prior to touring the venue.

Payments are conveniently processed through QuickBooks. Upon booking and signing the contract, 50% of the total amount is due, with the remaining 50% charged or paid 2 weeks prior to your event.

Payments can also be made in full.

Subject to venue availability, arranging setup the day prior to your event is an option.
